Overview
A complete cattle (bovine) slaughter and dressing line manufactured by Riniker AG, Rupperswil, Switzerland — a renowned specialist in slaughterhouse machinery, apparatus engineering and conveyor technology. The line was installed at the Rodopa meat plant in Shumen and operated until the plant's closure. It processes 30–50 head per hour depending on animal size, in a vertical dressing configuration with overhead rail transport throughout.
The line was professionally dismantled in February 2026 by our own team and is stored indoors. Nothing has been removed: all working platforms, rail systems, drives, hydraulics and control equipment are preserved, together with the complete original Swiss documentation.
